    Default Weird AWStats issue

I have a weird issue with awstats on one of my servers...

at the start of this month awstats stopped updating automatically for some reason so i started running weblogs manually...this was ok for about a week then awstats suddenly stopped recording any data.

It displays the last updated date and time but no new stats...this is on a site with over 300Gb a month in traffic

we've checked the conf file and it appears ok so im buggered if i can think what the problem could be...

    any suggestions?

for 4 months in a row AWStats works for the first 7 days of the month then nothing....

all the other stats packages are working ok and recording bandwith etc... but not this one.

    anyone have any suggestions?

I too have problem with stats. awstats show no data for any domain after sep 3rd. I've tried runstatsonce and runweblogs to no avail.

Okay, I figured my problem out. I had a bad entry for logformat and the logs are hosed for a day starting on the third, so I guess awstats just bails on the bad entried and does not try to continue on.

I never did find a fix. I did the same thing, and I had to wait until the next month before stats were fixed.

(Urchin will pick up where the log files are fixed those.)
