weird bind problem

I have a reseller and recently i setup personal name servers for him, however, for some reason his name servers stop responding a simple restart of bind fix\'s this but as you can imagine its quite annoying for him.

Im really not sure where to start looking to find a problem to this, its very weird indeed as his are the only name servers which do not work and as i said, bind restarting fix\'s it.

Any insight on this would be most welcome.
