weird issue with DNS?

I have a website that has files in the directory, the temp URL works and loads the site fine, but his actual domain does not, it just shows a blank page, with 'Index of /' at the top.

I had someone fix this for me in the past, and they said something with DNS? I checked and everything looks on par with all of the other working websites.

Any ideas?
