WHat is the best way to move all accounts to another server?

Hello,

We have a server that needs a serious OS upgrade. Because this server holds lots of accounts and data (/dev/sda6 140G 114G 20G 86% /) I think the best way to do this is copy all accounts from this server to another new server with the 'Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server' function.

Is this the right thing to do? And safe from within WHM (timeouts)? And can this be done from the command line (copy ALL accounts from server a to b)?
