    Default What does this error mean? - problem accessing cpanel

    A client gets a 404 error, page not found when he tryes accessing his cpanel. I tried restarting it as usually, but with no luck. I noticed the following error. Does anybody here know what this means and how to fix the problem?

    No John, there is no problem in your report. It simply means that you have disabled MailMan in WHM under Tweak Settings.

    The 404 page your client gets is saying the page he is trying access does not exist. I have seen this before after changing a client's cPanel theme. If the client bookmarked his cPanel page with the full URL that references the old theme name, he will get such an error. I suggest you tell him to try www.clientdomain.com/cpanel or www.clientdomain.com:2082.
