That's wacky - not seen it before. If it's not an image you've uploaded, you might want to try a:
/scripts/upcp --force
If that doesn't fix it, log it with cPanel.

I tried the --force, but no go
ummm, where do I log it with cPanel?never had to do that before
If you have a direct license:
WHM > Support > Support Center > Contact cPanel.net
If your license was provided by your data center, you should contact them.
