What is a "lame server"?

I seeing a lot of the following messages in the messages log. Any idea what's going on? Non of these domains in on my server.

Yep, also if it's pointed to you but you do not have a vhost for it.

It's a good idea to clean out your dns from time to time to help this.

For some reason this can really tax your server if you have too many, I never understood why though it seems like such a light process.

If I have lame servers in my logs, indicating that a domain thinks that I am authoritive, I simply create a Vhost/parked domain from it and collect all the hits! Free advertising

I've checked my messages log file and every 2-3 minutes I got this error (only on one server):

named[2533]: lame server resolving '1.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa' (in '0.0.127.in-addr.arpa'?): 192.228.79.201#53

That IP 192.228.79.201 is a ROOT server.

How can I do?

Which log file are you looking at pls?

caution: insane question... is it possible to indentify which name servers on the planet (yeh right, dream on!) are broadcasting that they're authoritative for domains that YOUR name servers are most definitely and correctly authoritative for (with a view to contacting the server admins to alert them to this problem)?!
