This normally occurs if a back-end function errors out or if the relevant user file in /var/cpanel/users is missing or incorrect.
Check /usr/local/cpanel/logs for further details.

please halp as its been 2 days so far and as last resort i have came here
The missing argument will be being read from /var/cpanel/users/relevantusername and if missing it is most likely that the IP value in the user's file is missing or incorrect.
