What is new in the latest "release" version?

On the morning of 27-Sep and again on 28-Sep upcp seems to have done a major upgrade to cPanel (and possibly WHM) for the Release version. We're seeing new output at the top of the upcp mails (looks like it's doing something with accounts with subdomains or parked domains). The change log seems to be totally gone.

I know this has been asked before, but how do we find out what changed / what was upgraded? It's great that cPanel/WHM can upgrade themselves, but it's very frustrating not knowing what's new.
