Default What is the script that sends disk/bw notification emails?

Can someone tell me where is the cpanel script located that sends the periodic diskspace and bandwidth usage notification emails?

    Thanks!

Why, you want to kill it?

    I think is /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/chkservd

No, the chkservd is a daemon that monitors other services that are running.

I'm looking for the script that is run once a day that sends the email notifications when an account is using "too much" disk space or bandwidth.

    Thanks.

Indeed, looks like chkservd only report server quota problems, not user. Check /scripts/quotacheck - I think this script verify user quota and alert admin.

Both. I'm trying to fix a problem with it by improving it.

May I ask why you want to know? Are you trying to fix a problem with it, or improve it?

Any chance your improvements are covered by my Bugzilla feature request? (from 2004 -- still not acted upon)

If so, plop one of your votes on it. Although even Nick has voted on it, and there is still no movement.
