We've just been told via a support ticket that it's recommended that the number of auth processes set for POP3 is set roughly to the same number of mailboxes hosted on the server based upon 'monitoring' of the number of concurrent logins.
So pre-upgrade, shared boxes could use 2-6 auth processes, and now for a VPS customer (200x less accounts), the staff member has now activated 100 auth processes to cover 100 mailboxes, so we now have 100 additional processes running just to cover email access?
Is this right?![]()
