Default What volumes are user data on?

I know that SAN storage isn't officially supported in Cpanel, but we're planning on a Cpanel installation where all of the volumes that would be needed for user data will be on SAN storage.

What volumes hold user data (any type that would grow) that we would want to put on SAN storage?

Currently my list includes /usr /var and /home

Are there any others that would need to be moved? We're currently set up with a 30GB primary drive (RAID1) and a 7TB RAID1E iSCSI array. We'd like any data that will grow at all to be located on the 7TB iSCSI array. I've already got /home moved, and working on moving /usr and /var - once I've got those moved, I'll install Cpanel, but I wanted to know if there were any other volumes that should be located on the SAN storage before I install Cpanel.

    FYI - using CentOS 5.4.
