What's Wrong???

I\'m having a bit of an emergency, so I\'m going to post this and THEN search the forum.
Anyway, I have a new Red Hat 7.1 machine. It was brought down today for the first time to set it up on remote boot. When they turn it back on, none of the ip\'s will bind. NO network access. All of the ip\'s were added with WHM. Any idea what this could be?

It\'s a single nic machine, so it\'s not like the cable\'s in the wrong port.

How did you solve the problem? I\'m about to put up a 7.1 machine with remote reboot capabilities, so I\'m also curious....
