the topic says most of it, but I have been getting user complaints that when a user creates an ftp account, that it does not work.

I assumed they must have just been using username instead of username@domain.com, I went in and tested with a few test accounts and found that the accounts are not synchronized when they are made!?!?! I manually have to go into WHM and hit Synchronize FTP passwords anytime an ftp login is made under ANY domain. We set up a cron to execute it 3x an hour, but with many users, this is not efficient.

Is anyone else having this problem? Can someone please look into it? thank you.
