Default When can we expect an Upgrade of the Site Software

Some of those versions - like Coppermine - have not been updated in 13 months -and that is over fifty updates ago. Would be nice to have current versions, fewer exploits, etc. Makes one's server a lot more secure with current versions.

The currently supported version of Coppermine by the Site Software section of cPanel is 1.4.22, which is dated 30 April 2009 on The Coppermine Photo Gallery Homepage

If you are running an older version of Coppermine installed via the Site Software section of the cPanel interface, I recommend upgrading by going to the Site Software section, navigating to Coppermine and on that page - upgrade your existing installation.

Server administrators can also force the upgrade of any software installed via the Site Software of the cPanel interface if they desire by going to WHM -> cPanel -> Manage cPAddons.

    Under Site Software:

    Manage:

    v1.4.18 http://site.com/gallery/

    Upgrade:
    No upgradable installs

WHM shows no upgradeable installs for Coppermine.

    New install installs 1.4.18.

    Running: cPanel 11.24.4-R36167

(BTW - the fifty was for another posting (SpamAssassin). My fault, sorry.)

Coppermine is also on version: cpg1.4.24

Try going to WHM -> cPanel -> Install cPAddons and check the checkbox saying "Force Refresh of All cPAddon Sources" and click "Update Addon Config."
