When Creating Accounts...

When i create a account in WHM (root or reseller) i get this message:

Bind reconfiguring on server using rndc
Error reconfiguring bind on server: rndc: connect failed: connection refused

and i can't connect to Domains with my name servers, what may be the problem?

It occurs when I create a new account in cpanel

His particular fix was to log in to shell and type

service named start

Occasionally, this issue can be fixed with the /scripts/fixndc script too.
