I`m currently using :

WHM 6.0.0
Cpanel 6.0.0-S109
RedHat 7.2

Problem description :

When we (or reseller) create a new account, the directories aren't created with the proper owner search as :

- public_html
- public_ftp
- www

..... because the wwwacct script complains the user does not exist. The is an example of the WHM output on new account creation

We have to change the directory owner manually by SSH :

root@jour [/home/mydroit]# ls -l

A ticket have been send to the Cpanel Team, We are the only one with this problem ?

Hello!

I had a similar problem the other day but as soon as i updated apache as sugested in the WHM news most of my problems where no more.

Check to see if you have a message like Update Apache in the WHM News and if yes then run /scripts/easyapache in SSH.
