When will PHP5 be here?

Hi all,

I'm developing a bit of software that will primarily be used by CPanel based web hosting companies and I have got to the point where I need to make the crucial decission of wheter or not to use the advanced OOP features of PHP5, or if I should leave that for a later version and work the first version in PHP4.

What do you all think? Launch of the software is going to be in the next month. Can I get some input from CPanel as to when PHP5 will be fully supported (I see it's TESTING now but it wouldn't install for me).
