Where are the crt and key files stored for the SSL that WHM, cpanel and webmail uses?

I need to update these, where are they stored?

You can update all of those through WHM > SSL/TLS > Change cPanel/WHM Certificate

Hi Chirpy,

That script just spins its wheels and doesn't seem to be working. Do you know the physical location of the cert and key that the Cpanel/WHM web server uses? Or, do you know which httpd.conf file the CPanel/WHM users, that should list it?
