Where do i report hackers?

I have had a someone install eggdrop and attempt a DoS on my server. I also had someone from 66.197.177.169 (sdn-ar-001flmiamP259.dialsprint.net168.191.88.21) Where can write to have these jerks arrested?

Lookup the IP of the attacker at www.arin.net , and then report them to the contact person listed for the netblock (ip addess owner). Arin should provide this and at least 40/50% of the time you can reach a real person via these means.

usually a sys admin type that *hopefully* go after their internal user and wax he or she or at least beat them thoroughly.
