Where Does cPanel State My Bandwidth Allocation?

Can anyone tell me if cPanel states the Bandwidth allocation i have? i am a reseller host having bought my reseller allocation and although i can see total bandwidth used, i dont know my total bandwidth allocation?

i would ask my host but it appears they are not answering anyone and all support is going unanswered, and yes i know its probably time to change and i would love to but it isnt always that simple.

As a reseller you should have access to WHM. In WHM I can access "create a new account" and the "Account Creation Resource Information" should show what you have and what is used.

This is true in my server running:
cPanel 11.24.4-R33609 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.2 x86_64 on virtuozzo
