Where does Horde log its error messages?

I wonder if HORDE logs it's error messages somewhere? We've got some spammer, who is doing that like described here:

But I could not find Horde's log..

Horde is just a software interface for sending/receiving mail. Have you looked at the logs for the mail server? They are located at:

/var/log/exim_mainlog
/var/log/exim_rejectlog

(substitute _ with / on FreeBSD).

Yep, I understand that and I looked in exim's log files. But thank you for pointing to the right direction, I've found what I was looking for in cpanel log file.
