Where does one fine language files for cPanel?

A client of ours wants to us Czech language for his clients cPanels. However we are having a hard time finding this language file. Anyone have it or suggestions?

At this time, we do not bundle a Czech language file with cPanel/WHM. Also, no one has yet created a Czech translation and submitted it to our user-contributed language files page: http://lang.cPanel.net at this time.

You can create your own Czech language file (if you know Czech) in the WHM interface. Documentation for the Languages section of WHM can be found at:
