Where does WHM decide how bandwidth is monitored?

I'm wondering if I can disable monitoring on certain accounts, like employee accounts.

Also, in WHM (/scripts/showbw), can the colors of the used bandwidth be changed so that high amounts are not in bright red? It's kind of a visual thing I guess, but it's disconcerting...
I looked in /scripts/ but don't even see showbw listed.

/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/showbw

it cannot though be modified. It is also where the color tags are for the Red, Orange etc...
