Where is the php extensions folder?

I need to copy a php extension to the php extension folder

I already try this:

phpinfo();
?>

Ok i have Zend so php.ini is in /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini

But extension_dir is in ./

Where is this relative path taken from?

I am not sure but it should be /usr/lib/php4

It is the directory where php should look for dynamically loadable extensions.
