Whitelist an ip address in spam assassin

Can I whitelist an IP address somehow in spam assassin? I am having a problem with one ip address which is listed in sorbes as part of a range of ip addresses that are know or thought to be spammers (comcast).

So I will want to whitelist the ip address for all the domains on the server
