    HI,

I am also getting bounced copies of message because of return path (?). Any tweak we can use?

Erm, there should always be a return-path header record. The bounces you're receiving are most likely to be from forged-header viruses that have nothing to do with you. There's little you can do about it except filter the mails out.

I hate to change the subject here, but I was wondering if you knew any way to prevent the forged header mails.... I have actually seen an email to me, from me that I did not send.
I am just learning some of the ropes here before I go live with clients, which I would say is a good thing.
Appreciate any advice you can offer about this.

No, there isn't. Some say the SPF mechanism may help, although research is now showing that it is going to be far less effective than some hoped.
