WHM Access Denied Suddenly and SSH cannt login

When i'm still login.. i refresh the page and all i can see now is :

Access Denied

The server was configured to not permit you access to the specified resource. If you believe this is in error or inadvertent, please contact the
system administrator and ask them to update the host access files.

whostmgrd/11.24 Server at xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx


And also i cannt login to SSH

I dont know what happen.. any idea??

Can you access any websites at all on this machine? Can you access them (or ssh or WHM) from another machine (on a different public IP)?

What firewall are you using? What were you doing at the time?
