WHM Account Quota Management

On WHM when you click "create account" it will also show you "Account Resource Limits". Now I got 7 packages planned with various webspaces and bandwidths but what I don't understand is why does the WHM auto calculate the quota differently than I do? It gives more accounts quota than I planned to get.

For example, the way it auto calculate the resources over the packages created will put me short of 809GB of bandwidth and 12 GB of space.

Maybe my math sucks big time but how come WHM will allocate a package at 100MB with 5.000 BW for 62 accounts? that alone is 310.000 GB of BW. The same with the rest of the package which in total it calculate a total of 959.000 MB of BW which I'll be short of 809.000 from 150.000 MB of BW purchased.
