    Default WHM Account Transfers - Timing Out on Packaging

    We're currently trying to migrate our WHM accounts from an old server to a new one.
    When trying to use the Transfer tool, we consistently get the following output:

    Code:
    Packaging the account...
    pkgacct started.
    pkgacct version 4.1 - running with uid 0
    using time::hires for speedups
    We will be splitting the archive!!
    Timeout ...
    [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]Retrying....Packaging the account...
    pkgacct started.
    pkgacct version 4.1 - running with uid 0
    using time::hires for speedups
    We will be splitting the archive!!
    Timeout ...

    The new server is running WHM 10.8.0/cPanel 10.9.0-R118
    The old server is running WHM 10.8.0/cPanel 10.8.2-S120

    When we SSH into the old server, we can see that the directory has been created for the splitting process, but the cpmove files haven't been created.

    Can anyone think of something obvious that we're missing?
    Thanks.

    Yah i was going to say, you have to look on the server that you are pulling the account FROM and try and find any temporary cpmove files that have been started.. that happened to me and i deleted it and moved on and it was okay.. but if that isn't the problem I have no idea what it could be

    I work with the OP - we double checked for previous versions of the files, and that didn't seem to be an issue.

    When running /pkgacct directly, things work - but it seems when we try to do it from a remote server it doesn't work.

    When doing the transfer, it seems to be trying to split the transfer files into multiple chunks - could this be related to the issue at all?
