WHM admin for newbies???

Ive been forced into a situation where i need to move a lot of accounts held with a reseller to a dedicated, where i will need to setup and run WHM, and im wondering if there is a guide for newbies at all?

I know the reseller functions but the server admin side of things is new to me, as is nix etc

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
