Default WHM Backup Via FTP Not Working - Password not saved in cpbackup.conf

My remote FTP backups are not working.

    WHM version is cPanel 11.24.4-R32603 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

When I look in the cpbackup logs, I can see it creating a daily .tar.gz file, but it does not attempt to transfer the file via FTP.

I have another server configured the same and these are working correctly. However it is running an older version of WHM (WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-R27698).

The only difference I can see is that the newer server does not have a BACKUPFTPPASS entry in the /etc/cpbackup.conf file.

Whenever I change the backup settings via WHM, I can see it has changed them in the /etc/cpbackup.conf file, but it never saves the password in there.

Has the location of the FTP password changed in this version of WHM, or is this a bug?
