    Default WHM bandwidth exceeded ???

    Hi,

Some strange thing is happening since today..

A reseller cald me and told me that he couldn't access whm because it gave him a message like: error 509 bandwidth exceeded. This is really strange, because the account with whm is never used by the resellers. I clicked on the unsuspend bandwidth link and everything worked ok.

A couple of hours later, another reseller told me the same thing. I followed the same procedure and everything was working for him again.

The first client just told me that it has happened again to him so I went to the root whm to fix it again. But surprisingly, when I tried to access the root whm it was giving me the same error. Luckily enough, I got in root whm using another server IP and have unsuspended the bandwidth exceeders AGAIN.

Is anybody facing these problems or does anybody know a solution???

Thank you very much in advance.

    Try running:
    /scripts/fixquotas

Same issue here. Upgraded the client and am having to run fixquotas. There should be a way to allow the client to continue going since we can bill overage.
