My whm seems to really be screwed up whereas addons are concerned...
- some show up in the whm but not in the user cpanels
- some things show up in the whm but don't properly report which accounts they are installed on
- some don't show up in the whm but do show up in the cpanels
- I've removed some addons via whm but they are still showing up in the cpanels
- I'm getting yaml errors when trying to upgrade or delete installs

is there some kind of debug that could be run our our whm to diagnose and fix it?
