Default WHM DNS Zone editor missing

Suddenly the DNS zone editor is displaying empty.
It was working fine until just recently.

I've attempted to run various fixes per this thread: http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=70586&page=2

    but nothing has helped.

    Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.4-S26138
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686

I need a fix for this ASAP! Please help?

I know /scripts/upcp was recommended in that thread, but have you tried /scripts/upcp --force as well?

by George, that did it, David! I don't know why doing a force command did not occur to me. duh.

by the way, I never got even an automated response from the ticketing system when I put in a help ticket yesterday about this so I do not know what is going on there. Very unusual.

    Thanks David! hugs!

Indeed that is very unusual. The automated response is to confirm that we received your ticket submission. Are you sure you completed the submission (beyond the page where it says where your ticket would be in the queue)? If so, you may wish to see if somehow the auto-reply was caught by spam filters.

It gave me a number after submission.

That didn't occur to me to look in a spam filter. Dang. I used an AOL email address for it. However I receive cpanel.net newsletter alerts just fine at that same address. And I am not seeing any email at all relative to the ticket there anywhere. Next time I will go back to using my domain name cpanel support address to be sure. I just hope the system isn't mal-functioning at the moment for you.

    hugs

At the moment, we do not seem to be experiencing any issues. However, I do keep on top of these things and when any trends start appearing, I notify the sysadmins immediately.
