WHM and Documentation is not good enough

Hi,

I find that most of the documentation of WHM is not good enough:

The documentation just tell you HOW to do it.
It seldom tell you WHY to do it.
It seldom tell you WHEN to do it.

WHEN, WHY and HOW is very important when writting a manual for clients.
