WHM Errors when creating accounts on subdomains.

Hi, I don't know if anyone has come accross this problem before. I did a search but i didn't find anything exact to this problem.

Since I've upgraded cpanel, when ever I create an account that's site address is a subdomain of a domain owned by the reseller user, it fails to create all the files properly (I can see folders are missing), and the space used is instantly 1875 Megs. The only error whm produces is a "directory does not exist" error related to front page extentions (If i turn off front page extentions and create an account, the error doesnt show, however the same problems remain).

All other accounts work fine when I create them, and I could used to create accounts using their site addresses as a subdomain of the domained by this other user before. I'd rather not down grade (i'm using the current tree of updates right now).

Any ideas or any more info needed would be much apricated.
