whm freezing/lagging on account creation

I just moved over my cpanel server to a new server/new installation on basic centos box.
One of my resellers was teling me when he tried to make an account it would just load and load and never finalize. Well actually it finally would 10 minutes later. I tried this myself and same thing happened.
Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?

you will have to see the cpanel logs and the server load to see what exactly the issue is.

Anyway try updating the cpanel

/scripts/upcp --force
