WHM - Installation of SSL Cert Icon is Missing

please help me, im not familiar with WHM, i browsed for many hours to find the solution but i cannot find anything.

here's my problem, i need to install a SSL Cert in my WHM, but when i look at the manage SSL/TLS, there is no option for me to install a SSL.

i attached a print screen of my WHM account.

Please help me, im 100% sure that i have full admin access.

It is obvious that you are not logged in with the root level access, You are logged in with the username "emedia12"

you need to login via root user in order in install the Certificate.
