    Default whm login logs

    hello all cpanel guys
i'm talking about 2 security issue
i see that last cpanel on teh client side logs last ip
so why dont the whm for reseller and specially whm of root also has this function applied

are there any log file for all ips and time of access for all successful root logins in whm ??????
and if there is not so how can i integrate a script that sends me an email when somebody logins in whm as root ???

also i had one time a greart problem with whm
its that you can change the root password using the whm .... without verifying the password twice or even supplying the old password or any verification
i can simply put a password and because i didn't type it twice i forget it and why it doesn't have a forgot password system for the whm root password ? and why can't whm root password are different form the system root password ??????????????
sorry for my many questions but i think the above has to be changed for more security
    thanks
