whm not creating the accounts

i am using WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R7965 on centos. i have created few accounts on cpanel and everything went fine but suddenly now today when i have tried to create the accounts , its not creating and result screen is coming empty so i have checked the logs and below is the error

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /scripts/wwwacct line 10.
Can't locate Whostmgr/Accounts/Create.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/cpanel /scripts /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /scripts/wwwacct line 10.

and i dont know how come this module Create.pm is not there , no my server is not hacked or anything.

Just a guess, but I'd suggest you read this thread,

Do what it explains and then upgrade. It's time for you to move to cpanel11 I think.

do i have to take the backups of my accounts/ email / database / config files like whole /etc folder ? before i will upgrade the cpanel ? this is a live server and if anything goes wrong people will kill me.

Making a full server backup via WHM may not be a bad idea if you are concerned about keeping things operational and avoiding the remote possibility of data loss.

thank you david i will take a backup and will run the upgrade though on another server upgrade went fine without any hitch but still you never know ..... thanks for helping
