whm not showing, any solution?

Hi,

I can't seem to access wHM anyone know why
i go to http://IP:2086 and nothing,
i also tried https://IP:2086 and nothing
If I got to http://IP i get the cpanel page which say apache and cpanel is installed. Anyone know what is wrong? I did a

root@server# /scripts/upcp --force
root@server# /scripts/easyapache

and everything is fine. can someone please helpp me.

Your CPANEL Daemon is not running:

service cpanel stop
service cpanel start

that should fix it.
