WHM > Packages > Feature Manager: Explanation of each item?

Is there a reference somewhere on the web to explain what all of the options actually do in WHM > Packages > Feature Manager?

(We're currently running WHM 11.23.2, cPanel 11.23.6-R27698, WHM X v3.1.0)

Some of the options are obvious, others we've sussed out, but there are a few in there that we're just not sure about. And more to the point, there are things there that we just wouldn't dare trust our customers with... they will screw it up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks - I think these are the ones that we haven't worked out yet:

BoxTrapper Spam Trap

Boxtraper Spam Trap relates to the Boxtrapper functionality of mail. Boxtrapper is a challenge response system used by some to curb the amount of spam reaching their inbox. Preventing users from using this functionality will prevent them from using Boxtrapper.

Chat Rooms

This is for chat room functionality that has long been antiquated. There's no icon for this in the x3 theme.

Support System Submission

Allows your customers to submit support tickets to you via their cPanel interface. You can go to your WHM interface and under "Support" click "Configure Support Request Submissions" to configure how such requests are handled (piped to a script, emailed etc.)

Image Manager

Disabling this will disable Image Manager in the Advanced section of the x3 interface. This allows users to view thumbnail sized versions of any images in a directory on their account, scale images to different sizes as well as convert images from one format to another.

Entropy Banner
Entropy Search

These are scripts available in the CGI center of the cPanel interface. Disabling these via Feature Manager will prevent the ability to use the cPanel interface to manage these scripts.

Directory Selection Popup

This controls behavior of the cPanel interface itself. Disabling this will hide the Directory Selection popup you see when you click on File Manager for the first time (or some of the other functions, such as Leech Protection). This screen allows users to begin in their document root for a domain rather than public_html, as well as see hidden files (dotfiles).

Interchange Shopping Cart

Allows for the use of the Interchange Shopping Cart. There is no icon for this in the x3 interface

Random Html Generator

This controls the display of the Random HTML Generator tool in the CGI Center of the cPanel interface.

Fantastico De Luxe

Fantastico De Luxe is a third party add-on to cPanel/WHM that allows users to perform one-click installations of various software packages.

You can view a full list of these features in WHM -> Packages -> Feature Manager when you go to view/edit a feature list.

Are there any particular items on the list you need me to clarify?
