There is no scripts10 directory (or redirecting to it) that I'm aware of in WHM.
You might try another browser to see if you get the same result.
You might also want to scan your computer for issues. I don't like the sound of this one.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, i'm also not aware of /scripts10 for this 1 year of using cpanel. However, the problem is solved after upcp --force several times.

This can generally means one of two things:
1) You have logged in while cPanel/WHM is being updated and the update has not yet completed.
2) You need to clear your cache because you have switched between major cPanel/WHM versions which use different uri schemes.
