WHM reseller account doesnt show left menu

WHM reseller account doesnt show left menu anymore.
just see's main window with the icons. no left hand side menu.

any ideas?

See if you have the "command" file in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/themes/x.

If there is something damaged or missing, try updating cpanel. May have to do
/scripts/upcp --force
