WHM Reseller Account Shows Wrong Bandwidth Quota

Hello,

I recently upgraded one of my reseller account packages from 5GB to 10GB. I updated each package and things seemed to have went well.

However, I have one reseller who - when creating a new account - sees the old 5GB bandwidth limit in his create account page. Everywhere else in the system - including his cPanel - displays the new bandwidth limit.

Any idea how to trouble shoot this?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but the reseller's cPanel only shows the bandwidth of that domain, not of the reseller allotment.

You changed his bandwidth allotment within Reseller Center?

Aha! That was it. Once I changed it in the reseller centre it showed up correctly.
