Exclamation WHM Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file PROBLEM

    Hi everyone,

Recently I had an OS Reload on my server, so I have backed up all my cPanel accounts as full backups.

The problem appears when I am trying to import them in WHM on the fresh system; everything goes fine, but there are no MySQL databases...

    Any idea please?

I had this problem as well, my host was able to resolve it, but I had to do the move again...
