WHM SSL Question

Hi everyone. I have only one user with an SSL cert, so I've never really done this before. Their cert expired and they want to renew it. I'm going to generate the CSR for them, but when the cert comes in, what is the proper method to update the same host (secure.domain.com) with the new cert via WHM?

Just install it as a new certificate and it will write over the old one on the server
