Just save static html when viewing the page and modify it up to your requirements.

what do you mean that dosent work? and i doute youll get permishion what ever you mean buy that, its realy simple to make your own i wouldent bother to look for someones elces.

Does no one have this already done and maybe ziped up. I would think with all the links in WHM it would take a long time to go to every page. LoL
