WHM Transfer Accounts function

I just attempted my first transfer of accounts from one server to another using WHM 4.9 ... it moved all but one of the domains, which looks like I'll have to do it by hand, because it keeps timing out. On the other domains, no FTP or Email account info got moved. What do I do? I only had root access to the first server long enough for the move, though I could probably get it agian if I had to ... do I have my customers go in and set up their subdomains/FTP/Email accounts on theit own?

Okay ... it appears to have moved SOME of the email accounts for SOME domains ... but not all. Probably just a flub with the original server timing out ... hopefully, anyway.
